Atlanta home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Atlanta rose by $82,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 275% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Atlanta in September 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,805, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
