Pawnee home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Pawnee rose by $5,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $90,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pawnee in December 2016.
