New Berlin home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in New Berlin fell by $10,700 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,300 - a 11.3% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in New Berlin in December 2016.
