Woodside home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Woodside in the fourth quarter of 2016.
