4th Street/ Cook Street home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $12,300 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,200 - a 18.2% decrease over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in the first quarter of 2018.
