Auburn home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Auburn rose by $1,350 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,250 - a 1.2% increase over the $113,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Auburn in the second half of 2016.
