Devereux Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Devereux Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $103,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Devereux Heights in the second half of 2016.
