Route 29/ Route 97 home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,000 - a 6% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in the second half of 2016.
