Edwards Street/ 11th Street home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Edwards Street/ 11th Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $20,206 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,795 - a 44.9% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Edwards Street/ 11th Street in the second half of 2016.
