Grandview home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $47,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Grandview in 2016.
