New Berlin home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in New Berlin fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 53.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $137,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in New Berlin in 2016.
