Latham home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Latham rose by $4,825 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 20.4% increase over the $23,675 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Latham in 2016.
