American Chamber of Commerce In Poland issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
The construction of Panattoni Park Częstochowa commenced in early October 2019, with the first spaces scheduled for delivery in February 2020.
“We advised Panattoni Europe on their acquisition of land where to build Panattoni Park Częstochowa. Having recognised the potential of this site in Silesia, our client decided to purchase the land and construct a modern class A warehouse facility there,” said Michał Sikora, Land, Technical and Special Economic Zone Consultant, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
“Częstochowa is a new location on the warehouse map of Poland that has emerged as a result of the completion of new sections of expressways and motorways. The city is located by the A1 motorway, which will provide a convenient connection between the north and south of Poland. Panattoni Park Częstochowa is likely to be an ideal solution for tenants looking for a transhipment facility or a warehouse to serve the Upper Silesia region,” added Konrad Jacewicz, Associate, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Park Częstochowa is a class A logistics park comprising two buildings with a total area of 30,400 sq m. It will also feature modern office units and ample parking spaces and truck courts. The complex will be BREEAM-certified with a GOOD rating. It is located in Częstochowa, near Legionów Street, only 4.5 km from the centre of the city and 4 km from the A1 motorway.
