 Approve to hire Kathryn Dowis as a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney Level 2 at an annual salary of $52,000 effective December 11, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system at an annual salary of $49,470 on September 20, 2019

 Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney Level 1 at an annual salary of up to $48,000 effective on or after January 11, 2020; the previous employee was promoted within the office on December 11, 2019
