The Auburn School Board has voted in favor of administrators receiving a 2.45% raise.
The board voted unanimously (5-0) on March 18 for the raises to be approved. The board also voted in favor (4-0) of raising high school guidance counselor Melissa Warwick's contract and salary by 2.45% as well, according to South County Publications.
Scott Norris, a board member, also brought up the delivery of the activity vans at the meeting. The delivery of the vans has been delayed due to an auto workers' strike. Superintendent Darren Root said he didn't expect the vans to be delivered before the spring.
The board also approved for MJ Kellner's food contract to continue for a second year. MJ Kellner currently has a three-year deal with the district, but needed approval for the company to continue into its second year of the contract.
According to South County Publications, MJ Kellner could be approved for a subsequent renewal after the three-year contract.
