Ball-Chatham Community Unit School District 5 issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
Glenwood High School has earned the "2019-20 Leading Chapter Award for the Greater Illinois District" from National Speech & Debate Association. The honor is based on student participation throughout the school year, and is the highest recognition a school can receive from the Association. Out of more than 3,000 member schools nationwide, GHS is one of only 110 schools to receive the Leading Chapter Award. Congratulations to our Titans of Speech & Debate!!
