Present: Trustee Mann, Trustee Gerger, Trustee Chiaro, Trustee Detmers, Trustee Mau, and Trustee Scherschel, Village President Kimsey

Others Present: Village Manager McCarthy, Police Chief Foli, Village Attorney Greg Moredock, and Clerk Dahlkamp, CFO Sherry Dierking

4. Public Announcements: If you have a Public announcement you must email it to (publiccomments@chathamil.net) at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled meeting.

Les Morgan- There will be no Veteran's Day ceremony this year due to COVID-19. The fire department will have their big flag on display there for anyone who would like to drive around the remembrance.

5. Public Comments Agenda Topics: If you have a Public Comments on Agenda Topics you must email it to (publiccomments@chathamil.net) at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled meeting.

6. We have Scott Kristiansen from IDOT to present the 1st place prize we received for the Traffic Safety Challenge

Jim Wolf from IDOT presented the 1st place prize for the Traffic Safety Challenge and 1st place Judges award in all agencies to Police Chief Foli, Deputy Chief Tarter, and Dispatcher Dacia Marsaglia.

Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the consent agenda on the table for action. The consent agenda passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Scherschel yes, and Detmers yes.

Trustee Mau moved, seconded bu Trustee Mann to accept this proclamation. This proclamation passed by voice vote.

2. VILLAGE OF CHATHAM, ILLINOIS AUDITOR’S COMMUNICATION TO THE PRESIDENT, BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND MANAGEMENT

The auditor's of Sikich came and presented to the board.

3. Village of Chatham Illinois 2020 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

The auditor's of Sikich came and presented to the board.

4. A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSURANCE RENEWALS FOR RISK MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE FROM ALLIANT INSURANCE SERVICES FOR THE VILLAGE OF CHATHAM EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2020 TO DECEMBER 1, 2021, Resolution 40-20

Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the resolution on the table for action. Resolution 40-20 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Scherschel yes, and Detmers yes.

5. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH JOHN KENNEDY AND MARILYN KENNEDY, Ordinance 20-26

Trustee Chiaro moved, seconded by Trustee Mann to put the Ordinance on the table for action. Ordinance 20-26 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Scherschel yes, and Detmers yes.
