• Trustee Skinner presented bills payable of $342,529.38 for the week ending October 26, 2020 for review and approval.

• Treasurer Thein noted that the General Fund held its own, remaining stable, however, the Village has quite a few projects coming up, and that the balance will go down next month due to the amount of bills payable noted above. The village has in budget $45,000 for a new police vehicle. Chief Harris has located a new Dodge, with paint and lights included for the cost of $35,000, but radio and computer must be purchased and installed. The new unit would replace the 2014 Ford Explorer.
Motion made by Trustee Thompson to purchase Dodge police unit, plus cost to supply radio and computer in an amount no to exceed $45,000.

Gas and Water Committee Report: Committee Chair, Trustee Squires
• Ninety-three (93) red letters were mailed on October 20.
• Gas survey is about 95 per-cent complete, only two leaks this year versus 16 last year.
• The hydrant at K Layne and Seventh Street needs to be replaced. When work commences, will have to shut off all water on Seventh Street.
Streets, Alley and Sidewalk Committee Report: Committee Chair, Pat Murphy
• Getting ready for winter.
Police Committee Report: Committee Chair, President Clarke
• No formal report. See info under Finance and Personnel.
Sewers and Parks: Committee Chair, Phillip Thompson
• Nothing outstanding, things going well.

• Ordinance 20-18, installation of stop signs, making the intersection of Ninth and Franklin Streets a four-way stop.
