b. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for IMRF expenses.
c. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for county engineer salary and expenses.
d. Resolution approving an Agreement between Sangamon County and the Illinois Department of Transportation to transfer Surface Transportation Program Funds for State Funds.
e. Resolution approving FY2021 procurement of water, electric and sewer services from City Water, Light & Power.
f. Resolution approving FY2021 procurement of motor fuel for use by the Highway Department.
g. Resolution approving FY2021 procurement of tires from Goodyear Commercial Tire through the State of Illinois Joint Purchase Program.
h. Resolution approving FY2021 procurement of parts and service from Rush Truck Centers through the State of Illinois Joint Purchase Program. Resolution approving a Local Agency Participation Agreement between Sangamon County and the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway/rail grade separations on Woodside Road and Iron Bridge Road.
j. Resolution approving execution of a Stipulated Agreement between the Illinois Commerce Commission, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois Central Railroad Company and Sangamon County for the renewal of the crossing surface on New City Road (CH 40) between Interstate 55 and Old Route 66.

f. Purchase order for various vehicle parts with O'Reilly Automotive Inc. in the amount of $26,000.
g. Purchase order for various vehicle parts with NAPA Auto Parts in the amount of $5,000.
h. Purchase order for various mower equipment parts with Sievers Equipment Co. in the amount of $10,000.
i. Purchase order for various mower and tractor parts with Central Illinois Ag Inc. in the amount of $10,000.
j. Purchase order for various mowing equipment parts with Henry's Service Center Inc. in the amount of $5,000.
k. Purchase order for miscellaneous lubricants and antifreeze with Molo Petroleum in the amount of $20,000.
1. Purchase order for monthly mobile phone service with Verizon Wireless in the amount of $10,000.
m. Purchase order for various parts, including plow blades with Woody's Municipal Supply Co. in the amount of $7,000.
n. Approval of stockpile lease agreement for Pleasant Plains Stockpile with Thomas C. White, et.al. for three (3) years in the amount of $400 per year.
o. Approval of contract supplement on Fancy Creek Township - Brittin Road, Section 14-12116-01-DR with Kuhn & Trello Consulting Engineers, LLC in the amount of $22,370.
p. Approval of contract supplement on Clear Lake Township - Oak Crest Road, Section 18-07101-01-BR with Kuhn & Trello Consulting Engineers, LLC in the amount of $12,200.
