Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the consent agenda on the table. Trustee Scherschel motioned to amend the warrants by removing the March 23rd wire charge. Trustee Detmers seconded this motion. The amended motion passed by voice vote. The consent agenda passed

5 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent as follows: 5 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent as follows: Trustee Mau yes, Mann yes, Chiaro yes, Scherschel yes, Detmers yes, and Gerger absent.

C. Old Business

1. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW USE OF APARTMENT ABOVE THE MAIN FLOOR OF A FUNERAL HOME FOR WATCHMEN QUARTERS AT 8855 STATE RT. 4, CHATHAM, ILLINOIS, Ordinance 21-12

Trustee Detmers, seconded by Ttustee Scherschel to put the ordinance on the table for action. Ordinance 21-12 passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent as follows:

Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to adjourn the meeting. This was passed by voice vote.
