In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,283.66, which is 2.1% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 24, 2007 for $210,000.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Sherman as of this publication.

Monti has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries. Thomas Scott Monti has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
