The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 42 Woods Mill Road, Sherman was sold on Aug. 6 by Joanna L Hewitt and John Mizer for $205,000. The buyer was Jessica Mizer.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,129.98, 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $175,000 on Nov. 4, 2015.

This property is one of two sales so far in Sherman in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joanna Lyn Hewitt has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 42 Woods Mill Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Braden J. Hewitt, 22, and Joanna Lyn Hewitt, 47.
