On Aug. 16, John and Sara Watson purchased a home at 2035 Briarcliff Drive, Springfield from Kenneth C. Coats (trust) and Ina C. Coats (trust) for $185,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $3,983.70, which is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 125 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ina C Coats has been registered to vote since 1960. Kenneth C. Coats has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
