In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,936.98, which is 2.35% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Williamsville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lois A. Schultz (84) has been registered to vote since 1958 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
