On Sept. 3, Richard Lee Fearn and Alexandra Faith Martin purchased a property at 3600 Ridge Ave., Springfield from Carolyn Mae Compardo, Compardo Carolyn Mae Family Trust and Compardo Fred Leroy Family Trust for $185,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,200.26, which is 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Springfield.
