On Sept. 2, Bradley A. Thompson purchased a property at 600 Carroll St., Pawnee from Prenice R Carter Sr. for $66,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $831.10, 1.26% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this property sold was June 3, 2016. It last sold for $48,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Pawnee as of this publication.
