On Sept. 7, Troy R. and Laura K. Phillips sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 503 Wintergreen Drive, Chatham to Keith and Lauren Klatman for $329,900.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,721.90, which is 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $279,000 on Oct. 5, 2017.

So far in September 2021, six properties sold in Chatham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Troy R. Phillips has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Laura K. Phillips has been registered to vote since 2017.
