47 Dieudonne Drive, New Berlin unloaded by Jonathan A. Forbes

On Sept. 10, Whitney Drobnack and Jassen Meeks purchased a home at 47 Dieudonne Drive, New Berlin from Jonathan A. Forbes for $173,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,713.66, 1.57% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 14, 2010 for $62,000.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in New Berlin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jonathan A. S. Forbes has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 47 Dieudonne Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jonathan A. S. Forbes, 63, and Jacob Forbes.
