On Sept. 9, R & B Best Way Rental Inc. purchased a two bedroom, 1.3 bathroom home at 2316 S Spring St., Springfield from Judith A. Richardson (revocable living trust) for $87,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,975.02, 2.27% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $76,000 on June 7, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 40 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kelly Sue Sullivan, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 2316 S Spring St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
