On Sept. 14, John William Watts Jr. and Misty Mesecher purchased a home at 500 Sawmill Court, Rochester from Edward and Kylie Kahle for $345,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,880.02, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 18, 2019. It last sold for $305,000.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Rochester.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edward Kahle has been registered to vote since 2019. Kylie Kahle has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 500 Sawmill Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edward Kahle, Kylie Kahle, and Rebecca Kristine Butcher, 34.
