On Sept. 20, Justin Starnes purchased a home at 310 W. Walnut St., Chatham from Cecilia Ann Schrage (trust) for $121,250.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $540.26, 0.45% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 11 properties sold in Chatham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cecilia Schrage has been registered to vote since 1965 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 310 W. Walnut St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cecilia Schrage, 80, and James a Stone, 92.
