Lincoln home prices fell in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Lincoln fell by $10,200 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 12% decrease over the $84,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lincoln in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
