Home prices decreased in Lincoln during July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lincoln fell by $972 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $75,472 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Lincoln in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for 2019 was $1,863. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,822. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.5%.
