Lincoln median home prices fell by 2.2% in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Lincoln fell by $1,850 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $85,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Lincoln in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
