The first quarter of 2020: Home prices in Lincoln increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Lincoln rose by $10,800 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,750 - a 15.9% increase over the $67,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Lincoln in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
