Median home prices in Emden rose to $87,590 in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Emden rose by $45,590 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,590 - a 108.5% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Emden in the fourth quarter of 2018.
