Emden median home prices fell by 31.5% in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Emden fell by $30,910 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,090 - a 31.5% decrease over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Emden in the first half of 2019.
