The second half of 2019: Middletown experienced a 115% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Middletown rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $21,500 - a 115% increase over the $10,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Middletown in the second half of 2018.
