3621 Brandonshire Drive, Springfield purchased by Wyatt Clark and Meghan Allen

On Nov. 1, Lakshman Medavaram and Deepika Medavaram (living trust) sold their home at 3621 Brandonshire Drive, Springfield to Wyatt Clark and Meghan Allen for $265,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,491.06, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 17 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Deepika R. Medavaram has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3621 Brandonshire Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lakshman Medavaran, 68, Meghana R. Medavaram, 32, Deepika R. Medavaram, 60, and Sarojini Devi Medavaram, 90.
