On Nov. 5, Kevin W. and Lisa R. Hackwith purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 205 Witt St., Loami from Tye N. and Larry L. Hale for $157,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,550. This is 1.62% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $129,900 on Sept. 15, 2017.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Loami as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tye Hale has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 205 Witt St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jean A. Kremitzki, 56, Tye Hale, and Cain a Kremitzki, 45.
