Home prices decreased in Rochester during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Rochester fell by $86,250 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,750 - a 52.9% decrease over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Rochester in October 2020.
