New Berlin median home prices rose by 0.8% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in New Berlin rose by $1,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $133,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in New Berlin in October 2020.

The median sales tax in New Berlin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,945, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
