On Nov. 9, HP Rentals LLC sold their property at 100 Outer Park Drive, Springfield to Sangamon County Realty Advisors LLC for $535,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,914.38, which is 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Sept. 21, 2009 for $460,000.

So far in November 2021, 46 properties sold in Springfield.
