On Sept. 30, Kelsey and Cody Davison sold their one bedroom home at 110 Crestwood Drive, Lincoln to Jonathan and Madison Lyonhart for $179,625.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,003.78, 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Lincoln as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cody C. Davison (32) has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
