The second half of 2021: Home prices in Emden fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Emden fell by $42,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 42.4% decrease over the $99,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Emden in the second half of 2020, as well.
