2021: Elkhart experienced a 40.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Elkhart fell by $53,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,750 - a 40.6% decrease over the $131,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Elkhart in 2020.
