∙ Approve a salary adjustment for Mark Kaylan Beard, Senior ASA, with an increase in annual salary from  $68,691 to $73,691 effective on or after 04/25/2022

∙ Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to $75,000 on or after  05/16/2022; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $59,556 on 04/01/2022 and will  leave payroll system on 04/15/2022
