Recognition of Visitors: Randy Shafer, Jim Parks, and Robert Clark

Engineering Report: Phil Weber- The grant has been submitted and awards for the grant will be released mid April. The Hillcrest plans are almost complete and will go to bid in early spring. ARPA funds will be used for repairing the drainage on the north and south side of Main St. by the bank and Phil will be preparing a proposal for a survey.

Zoning Report: Dorothy Cole- No report.

Police Report: Report reviewed.

Approval of Minutes: The board approved the January 3rd Board Meeting Minutes.

Board discussion of mosquito spraying. Mayor VanPelt has had a discussion with a company interested in spraying for mosquitoes but the representative was unable to attend the meeting on February 7th, he will attend a later meeting. 

Board Approval of Ordinance 2022-VOM-002, an ordinance establishing remote attendance policy during a disaster declaration.

*Chris Highley has resigned from the police academy

*Ethics Statements needs to be filed in March

*The all town garage sale has a tentative date of May 20th

*The village clean-up will be on June 5th 

*The 4th of July celebration will take place on Monday, July 4th
