OLD BUSINESS:
1) Wind Farms
• Road Use Agreement closeout status for Sugar Creek wind farm
• Development of Road Use Agreement for proposed Top Hat wind farm
2) 5th Street Road project
• Utility agreement with Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company
• Resolution to appropriate MFT and REBUILD Illinois funds for 5th Street Road project.
NEW BUSINESS:
1) Resolution to award MFT contract for Bituminous Materials for Whitney Hill wind farm roads to lowest responsible bidder. Letting scheduled for July 12th at 10:00am.
2) County Highway 15 Resurfacing
• Intergovernmental Agreement with Middletown to include Monroe Street as part of County project. Section 16-00034-03-RS
• Addendum to Engineering Services Agreement with Hutchison Engineering to include Monroe Street in Middletown.
3) Letter of Intent with IDOT for cost sharing on Elkhart overpass resurfacing
4) Quarterly Project Status Report
