Sangamon County Road and Bridge Committee met July 27.

2. Roll Call/Sign In of Committee Members

3. Approval of the minutes of the June 29, 2022 Road & Bridge Committee Meeting.

4. Acceptance of Expenditure Reports.

5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances.

a. Resolution approving a Supplemental Engineering Contract with Hanson Professional Services for the update on the Woodside Road and Iron Bridge Road grade separation plans including temporary easement updates.

b. Resolution approving a Joint Funding Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the shoulder replacement on CH 10 utilizing Highway Safety Improvement Program funds.

c. Resolution approving the purchase of a Vactor Ramjet trailer mounted pressure jetter from Coe Equipment of Rochester, IL from the joint purchasing program.

6. Committee Approvals.

a. Approval to hire/promote three (3) Maintainer positions.

b. Approval to hire/promote Storage Lot Operator position.

c. Approval of a credit application with Scheels for the collective bargaining unit acquisition of clothing.

d. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with WHKS for the update of Fracture Critical Inspection plans and a Master Purchase Order in the amount of $11,000.

e. Approval of Bridge Project #435 in the amount of $28,000 for Curran Township on Roberts Road including a Master Purchase order in the amount of $14,000.

f. Approval of Bridge Project #436 in the amount of $23,500 for Curran Township on lles Road at Emerson Road including a Master Purchase order in the amount of $11,750.

g. Approval of a Maintenance Agreement with E.L. Pruitt for the seasonal maintenance and inspections of all HVAC units on the Sangamon County Highway Complex and a Master Purchase Order in the amount of $4,800.

h. Approval of a Master Purchase Order in the amount of $5,000 for Safety Kleen, Inc. for the pumping of oil separator pits on the Sangamon County Complex.
